The young prince of Akkineni family Akhil’s re-launch flick Hello did create a decent amount of magic on day one. The opening day figures are impressive as the flick is well received by the audience.
Akhil despite having a huge set back in the name of his first flick Akhil has revived within no time and came back with the flick Hello. The amount of hard work he has put in the production of this movie and in the promotions have paid off. Hello raked in 2.8 crores of shares from the two Telugu states on day one thereby sending positive vibes to the makers. The overall share settled at 4.2 crores including the US collections. Even at the overseas, Akhil’s US promotional tour has brought $ 300 K alone from the premiers surpassing his previous best of $ 144 K. The talk at the US is satisfactory and the advance bookings are full as the Christmas weekend proved to be worth. So the flick will not only enter the elite club of half million dollars but also end up as the highest grossed of Akhil at the overseas. After completing its day one, the movie got rave reviews and good talk from the multiplex audience but the B and C Centres see a rapid decrease of Akkineni fans.
The director Vikram K Kumar did whatever he can and relaunched Akhil in his career’s best look. Producer Nagarjuna too spent bomb as the visuals are super rich and the stunts are on par to the Hollywood. One has to wait until the end of Christmas to know the actual status of the flick’s future.
