Looks like the central government has decided to move India to a digital space. Cash transactions which were comfortable for the present Indians may turn into a pain in future. Cashless transactions are gaining popularity after the demonetization in India and the central government is aiming to increase it further by imposing special taxes on cash transactions.
Now, even small scale vendors were using cashless transaction methods to get the payments and the people too were feeling little comfortable going for cashless methods. If this continues further, we can expect the nation to go digital rather than using the cash. To improve it further, central government is framing a perfect structure to make the transactions as simple as possible without cash.
Central government may announce publicly to the media about these new taxes soon and it would be better if people start adopting themselves to the new cashless methods.
