Keeping all the controversies apart, KCR has proved that he is the best fighter by getting Separate Telangana. Such leader has been celebrating his 63rd birthday today.
Born on 17th February 1954, Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao belongs to a lower middle-class family in Chintamadaka village in Siddipet Mandal, Medak district in Telangana. He did his Master of Literature from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He has developed love and interest in politics from childhood and this made him become Youth leader in Congress. As a strong admirer of NT Ramarao, he later joined in TDP in 1983 to work with his favorite actor. He was elected as MLA for the first time from Siddipet constituency and worked as Minister for Transport. Under the ruling of CBN, he worked as Minister of Drought Relief, Minister of Labour and Employment. He then became deputy speaker for AP Assembly and won the accolades of Telangana leaders.
In 2001’s April, he founded the Telangana Rastra Samithi to achieve separate Telangana and fought for ages either ruling government. In the later stages, he became successful in fighting with state and center for Telangana with hunger strikes and protests. After getting Telangana in 2014, KCR won as MLA from Gadwel in Medak with a bumper majority of 4 lakhs votes. Exactly at 12:57 PM on June 2nd, KCR became the first Chief Minister of the youngest state Telangana. Since then, he has been ruling the state towards development. Apart from politics, he likes literature, old NTR movies, farming. He is a great spokesman who is fluent in Telugu, English, Hindi and Urdu. Let’s wish this fighter a very happy birthday.
