Keeping deaf ear to all the controversies and criticisms, Telangana Chief Minister KCE is all set to start his new Secretariat building which will be constructed at Bison Polo grounds in Secunderabad. Blue print of this new secretariat was released to media. With this new secretariat, many departments will come under one roof which will make administration easy.
