Yamuduki Mogudu movie review

Release Date: 27-12-2012

Rating: 2.75/5

After tasting success with the comedy entertainer “Sudigadu”, hilarious actor Allari Naresh thought of saying ‘Good Bye’ to 2012 with another hit “Yamuduki Mogudu”. Read further to know whether his wish was successful or not.

Film Story:

Naresh (Allari Naresh) is a guy with super powers. Lord Brahma who writes the destiny of a person on his forehead forgets to write the destiny of Naresh. Hence he possesses the powers of God with no death. As the scenario of Naresh is completely opposite to the Nature’s law, Narada plans a strategy to make it normal. In the course of this plan, Naresh marries Lord Yama’s (Sayaji Shinde) daughter Yamaja (Richa Panai). How the story moves further should be seen on the big screen.

Allari Naresh did his part well as usually. He is an expert in creating comedy. Richa Panai looked good on screen. She entertained audience with her glamour but she was not able to satisfy the spectators with her acting. Dubbing is another minus point for this actress. When we have seen Mohan Babu and others in Lord Yama’s role, it will be a bit tough to switch to Sayaji Shinde. But this actor tried to deliver his best. Ramya Krishna, Krishna Bhagavan, Young Yama Master Bharat and Tanikella Bharani supported the lead character on time.

Technical Aspects:

Arts Department is the one which we can appreciate more compared to other departments. Production values are maintained well and the graphics work is satisfactory. Music didn’t sink well into the audience while watching the film but the remix song “Atho Athamma Kuthuro” can be treated as a highlight.

Film director managed to include good comedy elements in this film but he was not able to stabilize the film throughout the span. First half went well but the second half was a bit slow. The pace was not completely stabilized. With a good feel till the interval, spectators expected more to be shown in the second half but the director disappointed audience at that instant. On an average, this film has got good entertainment and it is worth enjoying.
