After recent South African test series, Indian Cricketer Virat Kohli announced that he would step down as Test Captain of India. On Saturday, Kohli announced the news on Twitter. Kohli in his tweet stated that he served honestly as a captain to the Indian Cricket Team for 7 years. Virat also thanked former captain MS Dhoni and former head coach Ravi Shastri for their support. The sudden decision of Virat stepping down as captain after India’s defeat as 1-2 in a three-match series against South Africa is a great shock to the nation.
